TheGripForm™ Trainer is a compact, travel-ready grip training tool designed to mimic the feel and resistance of a Jiu-Jitsu gi. Made from high-grade 450gsm pearl weave cotton with a thick lapel edge, it allows athletes to train grips off the mats using cable machines, resistance bands, kettlebells, or even bodyweight. Whether you train gi, no-gi, or simply want to improve hand strength, the GripForm™ Trainer helps you build real-world grip endurance and control.

Is this for Gi or No-Gi Training?

Both — it's built for gi-specific grip training but also great for no-gi athletes, climbers, and anyone working on grip strength.
